IABRThis is a wonderful opportunity if anyone can make it. The program I took in '07 cultivated, explored, engaged and introduced me to a group of like minded individuals from around the world. Rotterdam is an efficient, developing, creative, cultured city to expand your architectural horizons. The Biennale should prove a robust ideas competition.
