SWEET. There are a few things in the video I noticed [and would critique].
No operational crank, no chain, no peddling...
I think that the ergonomics of rolling the compacted unit feels too low to the ground. I would ask the designers if a longer handle could be integrated with the design to allow a more upright rolling posture. This could easily be something like a lock for the bike that uses the, already exploited, elbow hinges.
It could be a nice narrative to have a rigid pole that operates with a collapsed bike, versus an articulating lock that protects a rigid bike frame...
