These townhomes were never finished because of the "Recession" in 2009. The land has changed owners 4 times and the wood has begun to rot. The developers primed over the framing a few weeks ago in an attempt to preserve the structure. I guess they still plan on selling these to a family. I have more ideas I want to pursue so look in the coming weeks for more photographs.

marquez this is great! have you thought of doing any drawings? this is the closest i've seen built work looking like architectural models we build in school ... any more analysis or word on what will happen?
ReplyDeletea cool shoot would be a bunch of projects stalled by the recession ... feed me more!
we should discuss these skeletons as a basis for SRO's in urban areas. they could be awesome collections of culture and expression...
ReplyDeleteI had the idea of setting up scenes inside. I was thinking along the lines of a classic americana style with families in each of the houses.
ReplyDeleteI have more pictures i can post. I went by yesterday and they have started construction. ill get some more photos. I think putting the new material on the old primed wood would also make for good subject matter.
